Buddy Personal Training

60 minutes: $130

Two athletes, one session.  Training with a partner is one of the simplest ways to elevate the quality, intensity, and consistency of your workouts. A good training partner brings built‑in accountability, sharper focus, and a competitive edge that pushes you to perform at a higher level. You get real‑time feedback on technique, safer spotting on heavy lifts, and the kind of shared energy that makes tough sessions more productive and more enjoyable. Small Group Training

60 minutes: $45

Small Group Sports Performance Training delivers high‑energy, focused coaching for up to eight athletes in a 60‑minute session built for real results. Each workout blends strength, speed, agility, and movement‑quality work in a fast‑paced, supportive environment led by an experienced performance coach. Hybrid Training

Online Training

The Tier 1 Online Training Package delivers structured, high‑quality coaching anywhere you train. Each athlete receives a customized program updated every two weeks, a thorough assessment to establish baselines and goals, weekly video analysis with technical feedback, and up to two emails per week for guidance and accountability. It’s a streamlined, professional system built to keep you progressing with clarity and confidence.

The Teir 2 Online Training Package delivers a clear, high‑level coaching experience built for steady progress and long‑term development. Athletes receive a customized training program updated as needed, a detailed assessment to establish baselines, and video analysis with technical feedback whenever required. Support is flexible and responsive, with email and message access as needed, plus one 30‑minute Zoom or phone consultation each month. The program also includes performance‑focused nutrition education and weekly check‑ins to reinforce goals and sharpen training focus, creating a complete system for consistent improvement.

8-week Sports Specific Programming

60 minutes: $640

A 4/8‑week Sports Specific Training program is a focused, progressive system designed to elevate an athlete’s performance in the exact demands of their sport. It blends targeted strength work, speed and agility development, movement efficiency training, and conditioning tailored to game intensity. Each phase builds on the last to improve power, durability, and skill‑specific performance, ensuring athletes enter competition faster, stronger, and fully prepared.  There is a 4 week option and an 8 week option.

The package includes:

  • Battery of assessments which pertain to specific sport
  • Two (2) times a week in-person training
  • Online coaching; app access
  • Assessments and retesting after 4 weeks
  • Virtual consultation as needed
  • Nutrition guidance and food diary
  • Programming for one specific sport
  • Combine style test batteries to assess and measure improvement

Athletic Assessment

45 minutes: $75

An athletic functional movement assessment is a structured evaluation that identifies how well an athlete moves during fundamental patterns like squatting, hinging, lunging, pushing, pulling, and rotating. It highlights mobility limitations, stability deficits, asymmetries, and compensations that may impact performance or increase injury risk. The goal is to create a clear roadmap for safer, more efficient, and more powerful athletic development.

Strength Assessment

45 minutes: $50-$75

A 1RM strength assessment is a structured test used to determine the maximum amount of weight an athlete can safely lift for one full, technically sound repetition on key movements using free weights or machines. It provides a clear benchmark for absolute strength, helps guide training loads, and highlights imbalances between major movement patterns.

For athletes who aren’t ready for maximal external loading, bodyweight strength assessments—such as max‑rep push‑ups, pull‑ups, or timed squat and lunge variations—offer a safe, effective way to evaluate relative strength, control, and endurance. Together, these assessments create a complete picture of an athlete’s current strength capacity and progression needs.

Depending on skill level, age and ability I will choose the appropriate assessment for the athlete.

Workout Audit

60 minutes: $75

A workout audit is a focused, expert review of your current training to make sure every rep, set, and session is actually moving you toward your goals. As a highly trained fitness professional, I break down your exercise selection, technique, intensity, volume, and recovery strategies to identify what’s working, what’s holding you back, and where small adjustments can create big improvements. It’s a fast, high‑value tune‑up that sharpens your program, boosts efficiency, and helps you train smarter with confidence and purpose.

8 Week Programming

4 weeks: $100
